A light vegetables pizza ideal for vegetarians.

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients: Pizza base 53% (wheat flour, water, salt, sunflower seed oil, yeast), tomato sauce 18% (tomato pulp 47%, tomato puree 47%, water, olive oil, salt, oregano), Mozzarella cheese 11% (milk, salt, starter cultures, microbial rennet) peppers 6%, spinach 5%, grilled aubergine 4%, grilled zucchini 2%. May contain traces of soy.

PREPARE IT LIKE THIS

Pre-heat oven to 220°C and remove all packaging. Bake the pizza with the rack at mid-height in the oven for 9-11 minutes.
For perfect cooking, wait until the mozzarella is well melted.

THE CHEF SUGGESTS

Add two drops of Extra Virgin Olive oil and herbs upon removal from the oven.
