Dough (soft WHEAT flour, water, extra virgin olive oil, salt, yeast) 48,9% White sauce with Blue cheese [(herbaceous cheese (MILK, salt, lactic ferments, microbial rennet), water, corn starch] 21,4% Mozzarella cheese (MILK, salt, microbial rennet, lactic ferments) 17,0% Provolone cheese (MILK, salt, microbial rennet) 8,5% Sunflower seed oil 2,1% Grana Padano DOP cheese (MILK, salt, animal rennet, preservative: lysozyme from EGG) 2,1%

PREPARE IT LIKE THIS

Pre-heat oven to 220°C and remove all packaging. Bake the pizza with the crack at mid-height in the oven for 7-8 minutes.
For perfect cooking, wait until the mozzarella is well melted.
