A strong flavour pizza: a great combination of spicy salami with yellow and red grilled peppers.

INGREDIENTS

Pizza base 47% (wheat flour, water, salt, sunflower seed oil, yeast), tomato sauce 18% (tomato puree 34%, water, tomato paste 22%, onion, corn starch, garlic, basil, salt, Balsamic Vinegar “Aceto Balsamico di Modena” PGI [wine vinegar, concentrated grape must], black pepper, oregano, dill), Mozzarella cheese 18% (milk, salt starter cultures, microbial rennet), Pepperoni salami 7% (pork meat, pork fat, salt, dextrose, spices, spice extract, antioxidants: rosemary extract, ascorbic acid, preservative: sodium nitrite, smoke flavouring), grilled yellow peppers 5%. ALLERGY ADVICE: for allergens including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in bold. May contain traces of soy.

TRY IT LIKE THIS

Preheat the oven to 220°C and remove all wrapping from the pizza.
Bake the pizza with the rack at mid-height in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
For perfect cooking, wait until the mozzarella is well melted.
