We use the pizza dough to make this incredible Calzone covered with a delicious pesto sauce, stuffed with salami and mozzarella cheese, for an expolsion of flavor.

INGREDIENTS

Pizza base 59% (wheat flour, water, sunflower seed oil, salt, yeast), tomato sauce 18% (tomato pulp, tomato puree, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt), Mozzarella cheese 10% (milk, salt, starter cultures, microbial rennet), Pepperoni salami 10% (pork meat, pork fat, dextrose, spices, spice extract, antioxidants: rosemary extract, ascorbic acid, preservative: sodium nitrite, smoke flavouring), basil, sauce 3,3% (water, olive oil, basil, spinach, hard cheese, garlic, corn starch). May contain traces of soy.

TRY IT LIKE THIS

Preheat the oven to 200/220°C and remove all packagings. Place the frozen calzone in the oven with the rack at mid-height and bake for 12-14 minutes.
