Italpizza is a well run business with a strong management team and is a good strategic fit with the Bakkavör Group and working together will enable Italpizza to grow to its full potential. It is important to stress Italpizza will continue to focus on manucaturing and delivering great quality pizzas, with Mr. Cristian Pederzini remaining as Managing Director supported by his exsting senior team:
